XenApp 6 publishing Acrobat X Pro - Trying to combine files into pdf error please check to see if you have read permission

Hi All,

Recently I published Adobe Acrobat X Pro using Citrix XenApp6. It has been working fine except one user is trying combine approximately ten word documents into a .pdf file and keeps getting the following error randomly: "Unable to open the document: \\filepath; Please check to see if you have read permission for the above file." It’s very hit or miss as to where the error pops up; sometimes it’s on the first document and sometimes on the 4th. The documents themselves don't seem to matter. The user has full control to the directory and the path, even with a domain admin account I get the same message.

Strangely enough if I run this directly from either XenApp server it works. Not sure if it could be something in UPM or where exactly the problem is. Has anyone ran into something like this?

Check if any antivirus program is protecting the drive. You can confirm this by disabling the antivirus first.

Have you tried to delete the terminal user profile of this user, maybe his/her profile is corrupt?
