Why Is My Smart Label not Smart?

Why does "is not Critical" match a Critical patch? Thanks!

Can you see if you can click on the name and get details?

I can search and see that patch but when the screen auto refreshes it vanishes and if I click on the name I get two other names that meet your search criteria.

That item may be a glitch. They all have the same package name so something in the search engine search by column rules may be the bug and is mixing these together

when you click on name link it changes to these

  • I'm seeing on my end what you're seeing on your end.

I think you're right; I think it must be a bug/glitch. Kindda scary that a patching system might have such glitches in it, though. - kentwest 5 years ago
    • I would go to the support page and open a ticket on your kbox. Report it the way we see it as well as your label since it is reproducible on another system elsewhere. That way if it is a bug they can find it and fix it - SMal.tmcc 5 years ago

Are you searching for packages or individual patches?

Comments:
  • "Applicable Packages" and "All Packages" shows the Critical package.

"Individual Patches" does not. - kentwest 5 years ago

I would first group together all the IS then create a new group and have the IS NOT in its own group?
