Reading Run Now Status logs - help

I am attempting to do a Run Script uninstall of Firefox 32bit, to push out the newest 64bit version. I am not sure why it's failing, but I also cannot read the logs properly to figure it out. I'll attach the log and hopefully someone has input as to what is going wrong and can show me where I see the issue. My first guess is outdated credentials.

Edit: It WAS outdated credentials, but a rundown of how to read these logs would be great

  • An AntiVirus is blocking the install, try to whitelist KACE executables:

try to run as current logged in user and see if it is looking for the appdata directories.
