Help with MSI (Microsoft Installer) error 1306: The file ''[2]'' is in use. If you can, please close the application that is using the file, then click Retry.

A file that the current installation needs to update or access is locked. This dialog is triggered by the InstallValidate MSI standard action. A file can become locked if it is in use by another application.
Close all running applications including Windows Explorer and software running in the background, such as virus scanning software, then click the Retry button on the FilesInUse dialog.
If you don't think you have anything running, try a reboot and then look to your system tray icons and task manager for potential causes.
